Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company on
5 September 2011 under the terms of a mortgage dated
the 19th day of September 2002 and a general security agreement dated the 19th day of September 2002, giving the holder security interests or charges with all the powers conferred by those documents.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired property.
