Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Notice is hereby given that Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass, of Insolvency Management Limited, were appointed on 20 December 2010 as receivers of income under powers conferred under a memorandum of mortgage dated the 16th day of October 2008 affecting the properties at 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 19, 19A and 19B Hood Street, Hamilton.
