Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins, insolvency practitioners of Dunedin, hereby give notice that on 24 August 2011 we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of:
- WHITE ISLAND INVESTMENTS LIMITED
(in voluntary administration) under the powers
contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of September 2007.
- WHITE ISLAND PROPERTIES LIMITED (in voluntary administration) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of September 2007.
- ST CLAIR VILLAGE HOTELS LIMITED (in voluntary administration) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 21st day of October 2008.
The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the companies' present and after-acquired property being all the companies' personal property and other property.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers Are at: Insolvency Management Limited, Level 3, Burns House, 10 George Street (PO Box 1058), Dunedin.
