Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company on 15 August 2011 under the terms of a debenture dated the 1st day of July 1993, giving the holder security interests or charges created by the debenture with all the powers conferred by the debenture and at law.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
