Pursuant to Section 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Bryan Edward Williams, of BWA Insolvency, hereby give notice that on 8 August 2011, I resigned from holding office as receiver of the above-named companies with such resignation effective on 15 August 2011.
New receivers have been appointed to the companies.
