Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Blanchett and John Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed receivers of the companies on 25 January 2011 under the terms of security agreements giving the holders security interests in all of the assets and undertaking of the companies.
