Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 14 August 2011 at 8.00pm, N-Tech Limited, being the holder of a general security agreement dated December 2009, appointed John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.
