Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of KARAMEA RESORT LIMITED on 11 August 2011 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 20th day of January 2010.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
