Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 29 July 2011 at 4.45pm, Paul Graham Sargison and Simon Dalton, of Auckland, were appointed by Terry Mark Jenkins as receivers and managers of the present and
after-acquired property of the above-named companies under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 15th day of July 2010.
