at Level 2, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street (PO Box 11793), Wellington, do hereby give notice that we were, on 18 July 2011, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named companies.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of WC1 LIMITED and CW2 LIMITED (both in receivership and in liquidation) pursuant to a general security agreement in favour of Paul Cornel Coffey dated the 6th day of May 2011 over all present and
after-acquired property.
