Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 24 January 2011, I, John Michael Gilbert, was, under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 25th day of August 2010, appointed to act as receiver and manager of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
