Maurice George Noone and Tony Pattison, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers of NK LIMITED on 11 July 2011 under the terms of a security agreement giving the secured party a security interest in all of the assets and undertaking of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
