Notice of Appointment of Receivers
We, Peter James Gothard and Ryan Reginald Eagle, give notice in accordance with section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 13 July 2011, we were appointed receivers of the property secured under a general security agreement given by RIVER ISLAND SHINGLE COMPANY LIMITED in favour of GE Finance and Insurance.
The Property in Receivership Comprises: All of the assets and undertakings of RIVER ISLAND SHINGLE COMPANY LIMITED secured under the general security agreement.
The Office Address of the Receivers is: Level 13, Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia.
