Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Timothy Wilson Downes and Richard Grant Simpson, were appointed joint and several replacement receivers and managers of all the present and after-acquired property of the company on 13 July 2011, pursuant to a general security deed dated the 24th day of August 2006.
The Replacement Receivers and Managers' Address is: Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, 152 Fanshawe Street (PO Box 1961), Auckland.
