Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Richard Stewart McKnight, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the above-named companies on 11 July 2011 under the terms of security agreements dated the 3rd day of February 2009.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' undertaking, property and assets.
