Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers
and managers of the company on 6 July 2011 under the terms of a general security agreement giving the holder a secured charge over the property of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired property.
