Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 7 July 2011, Karen Betty Mason and Lloyd James Hayward, insolvency practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of the property
of VEGAR PROPERTIES LIMITED under the powers contained in a debenture/general security agreement dated the 10th day of July 2011 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
