Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Jennifer Anne Lee and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named trust on 1 July 2011 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 10th day of March 2006 and in the powers contained in a specific security agreement registered on the 16th day of March 2009.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property of the trust including all Fonterra shares.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: RHB Chartered Accountants Limited, Level 1, The Hub,
525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
