Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
James Henry Stewart, Brendan John Richards and William Martin Colwell, insolvency practitioners of Ferrier Hodgson, 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, Australia, hereby give notice that on 30 March 2011, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property
of COLORADO GROUP LIMITED under the powers contained in two unlimited deeds of charge dated the 10th day of April 2007 and the 15th day of June 2009.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
