Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 4 July 2011, Boris van Delden and Roy Horrocks, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of the property of STONEY RANGE WINES LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement
dated the 24th day of July 2009, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
