Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We advise that on 24 June 2011, Tony Leonard Maginness and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers
of the property of WAIKATO VALLEY FARMS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of November 2011, which property consists of all or any of the property of the company.
