Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 16 June 2011, appointed as joint replacement receivers of the property of LANDMARK INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 10th day of May 2006, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
These appointments are in place of John Buchannan, who has vacated the office of receiver.
The Office of the Receivers is: RHB Chartered Accountants Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
