On 14 June 2011, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers in terms of security deeds dated the 16th day of July 2009, the 22nd day of July 2009, the 28th day of July 2009 and the 28th day of July 2009.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s real and personal property charged by the security deeds given by the company.
