Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 13 June 2011, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the accounts receivable of R A POOLE FAMILY TRUST under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 13th day of November 2007.
