Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 13 June 2011, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the accounts receivable of AEQ PARTNERSHIP under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of December 2008.
