On 8 June 2011, the liquidators of Sevans Contracting Limited being the holders of a general security agreement dated the 17th day of December 2010 and registered at
the Companies Office at Auckland on 18 December 2010 issued to it by SHIRLEY ANNE EVANS, STEPHEN CHRISTOPHER EVANS, SEVANS HOLDINGS LIMITED and SEVANS OPERATOR HIRE LIMITED ("the debtors"), appointed Robert B. Walker, of Auckland, and John Scutter, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, as receivers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the debtors.
