Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the companies on 30 May 2011 under the terms of a debenture dated the 1st day of March 1996 and general security agreements dated the 19th day of May 2009 and the 13th day of September 2004, giving the holder security interests or charges created by the debenture and general security agreements with all the powers conferred by the debenture and security agreements.
The Properties in Receivership Are: All of the companies’ present and after-acquired property.
