Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, and Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and
Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of WAGONHILL LIMITED on 17 May 2011 under the terms of a general security deed dated the 29th day of June 2007 giving the holder a secured charge over all present and after-acquired personal property.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
