Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We advise that on 10 May 2011, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of CITILAND LIMITED pursuant to a Mortgage Instrument dated the 16th day of December 2005 with Mortgage Memorandum 2002/4125, registered on the certificates of title under instrument 6710394.8.
