Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 12 May 2011, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of ACTIVE FINANCE LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 28th day of January 2011, which property consists of all of the company’s present and after-acquired personal property.
