Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 6 May 2011, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of EUMUNDI PROPERTIES LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 6th day of June 2006, charging all of the present and after-acquired property of the company.
