Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Thomas Lee Rodewald and Jennifer Anne Lee hereby give notice that on 11 March 2011, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers pursuant to:
1. A specific security agreement dated the 11th day
of September 2002 ("the security document") charging all of the present and after-acquired livestock and investment securities of the partnership, and in respect
of which a financing statement in respect of the
livestock was registered on the Personal Properties Securities Register on 4 September 2002 and renewed
on 13 April 2007 as FW6D99FRRD923K76/C0005, and a financing statement in respect of the investment securities was registered on the Personal Properties Securities Register on 27 August 2002 and renewed on 13 March 2007 as F349J2ZFP2X4MT75/C0004 with all powers conferred by the security document and at law.
2. The registered first mortgages over the property of the partnership are:
(a) B484387.3 over 533.7804 hectares, more particularly described in SA889/45;
(b) B619743.l over 8144 square metres, more particularly described in SA1726/99;
(c) B619743.1 over 21.6633 hectares, more particularly described in SA1207/185; and
(d) B619743.1 over 55.1004 hectares, more particularly described in SA19A/658; ("together the mortgages")
with all powers conferred by the mortgages and at law.
