Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers
and managers of the above-named companies on 3 May 2011 under a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of May 2008 giving the holder security interests or charges created by the security agreement with all the powers conferred by the security agreement.
The Properties in Receivership are: All of the companies’ present and after-acquired property.
