Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers
and managers of GIANNA ARGENTO LIMITED and GIANNA HOLDINGS LIMITED on 20 April 2011 under the terms of a debenture dated the 17th day of November 2000 and a general security agreement dated the 14th day of September 2006 respectively, giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the companies.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' present and after-acquired property.
