Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On 18 April 2011, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 5th day of December 2006 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on
8 December 2006, appointed Timothy Wilson Downes and Simon John Thorn, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
