Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 8 April 2011, the holder of general security agreements dated the 10th day of June 2008 and the 11th day of April 2007 appointed Timothy Wilson Downes and Richard Grant Simpson, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the companies.
