Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Sections 8(1)(b) and 10 of the Receiverships
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 7 April 2011, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the income of the property of MARKET PLACE BUILDING LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 20th day of June 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: The property subject to a memorandum of mortgage 6966856.4 as comprised and described in Computer Interest Register 100656 (North Auckland Land Registry).
