Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers
and managers of DATASOUTH FINANCE LIMITED on 30 March 2011 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 11th day of January 2005 giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of
the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired property.
