Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is given that on 30 March 2011, we, Duncan Varnham Fea, of Queenstown, and James Bartholomew Hennessy,
of Invercargill, both accountants, were appointed jointly
and severally as receivers in respect of all present and
after-acquired property, being all of the personal property and all other property of RONALD ROBERT LUNDY
and NICHOLAS RONALD LUNDY by Aorangi Securities Limited (in statutory management) by a deed of appointment, in exercise of the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 14th day of December 2007 and registered on 7 February 2011 under Financing Statement FB7FZ9245089RF80 and by law and in accordance with section 6 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
