Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of the entities on 28 March 2011 under the terms of general security agreements dated the 22nd day of December 2009.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the entities’ undertaking, property and assets.
