Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 29 March 2011, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountant, were appointed under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 4th day of December 2008 to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all
the property, assets and undertaking of the above-named company.
