Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Latham Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of LYNNETTE ANN BERRY and NEIL BERRY on 21 March 2011 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 20th day of April 2010 giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the assets of
the partnership.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the partnership's undertaking, property and assets.
