Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 7 March 2011 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the companies pursuant to a general security deed dated the 6th day of March 2007.
