Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on Monday 7 March 2011, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of NEW ZEALAND NEW OAK LIMITED (in liquidation and in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 11th day of February 2008, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal
property of the company.
