Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 23 February 2011, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property
of BUBBLEGUM CREATIVE LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of April 2009 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property.
