I, Alan William Badcock, hereby give notice that on
4 February 2011, I was appointed receiver of the assets and undertaking of WANGANUI ELECTRICAL SERVICES LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement (GSA) dated the 1st day of April 2008.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the GSA: All the debtor’s present and after-acquired property, being all the debtor’s personal property, and all other property.
