Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is given, pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that by way of resolution in accordance with section 122 of the Act, Craig Andrew Young and Raymond Gordon Burgess were appointed liquidators on 7 February 2011 at 9.30am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(1) of the Act, a meeting will be held by postal ballot closing at 12.00 midday on 25 February 2011.
Any creditor not already notified and wishing to participate must contact the liquidators to obtain ballot documents.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
Creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have, under section 312 of the Act, by
15 March 2011 or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
