Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of BMW CONTRACTING LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
15 December 2011 at 9.51am.
We fix 31 January 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
