Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2) of
the Companies Act 1993, that the companies have been placed into liquidation and that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed as liquidator for that purpose.

The liquidator fixes 11 January 2012 as the last day in which any creditors of the companies can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
