Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution of solvency and pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of RUGBY
LEAGUE NEW ZEALAND LIMITED ("the company") on 9 December 2011 at 4.00pm resolved to place the company into liquidation and appointed Andrew John McKay and Aaron Douglas Walsh, chartered accountants of Auckland, as joint and several liquidators.
The liquidators hereby fix 7 February 2012 as the day on which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority they may have or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
